Help With Ordering

If you know what tube or tyre you need, that's great. The checkout process is secure and hopefully straightforward. Your information is safe with us, we will never share your details with anyone - with the obvious exception of the postman or delivery driver, they need your address!

We will add to the 'Tips & Information' section, but if you can't find an answer please don't be afraid to ask us! If you are at all unsure, want to check the valve on an inner tube, the fitment of a tyre, or anything else, please email, write or call us and we will be happy to help.

When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, then we will tell you when the order has been dispatched - we'll also add the tracking information so you can see whether your package will be delivered by Royal Mail or DHL.

We include a paper copy invoice, with a full VAT breakdown, with each order.

When you've received your order, if something doesn't look quite right simply drop us an email or call us. Whether you've made a mistake and order the wrong size, tread style, valve type or whatever, we will do whatever we can to sort it out (we might even make the odd mistake ourselves, if we have, just let us know and we will correct it).
